- Page 2 of 2 Dept of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO5), is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation in order to identify sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Audio Visual Systems Upgrade and Installation for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. Martinsburg VA Medical Center is located at 510 Butler Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25401. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide Audio Visual Systems Upgrade and Installation for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, Office of Emergency Management (OEM). INTERESTED & CAPABLE RESPONSES: NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), person of contact (including telephone number & email address), GSA Contract number if applicable, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Responses must be submitted by 15:00 PM (EDT) 24 Jun 2022. Responses to the information requested above may be submitted via email to laura.jardine@va.gov. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This request for quote (RFQ) is for soliciting quotes from vendors. The results of this RFQ will award an upgrade and install of Audio-Visual Systems for one (1) Job to be completed in six (6) weeks.
