Description

Binocular Night Vision Device Announcement No.: BNGA53N The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award the Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVD) BNG-001-A53 sole source IDIQ contract to L3 Harris. This IDIQ will provide BNG-001-A53 BNVDs. This IDIQ will be a five-year base contract. After many months of continuous market research, USSOCOM HQ has conclude that L3 Harris is the only vendor who can fulfill USSOCOM�s need for the BNVD BNG-001-A53 requirement. No other company produces the BNVD BNG-001-A53 exactly like L3 Harris; they have the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP) for this product. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
