Description

The 19th Contracting Squadron at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas intends to soley solicit CV INTERNATIONAL, INC for a Cryogenic Sampler due to the government's current understanding that CV International is the only company capable of providing the approved sampler for Aviator Breathing Oxygen in T.O. 42B6-1-1 Table 2-3. The Cryogenic Sampler enables periodic (every 90 days) high pressure gas sampling to ensure 99.5% purity for Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO) in accordance with T.O. 42B6-1-1. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 24 June 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Interested parties must be able to to procure a Cryogenic Sampler (Part Number 60544)�of the approved sampler for Aviator Breathing Oxygen in T.O. 42B6-1-1 Table 2-3 within acceptable pressure ranges.��Information is to be submitted to SSgt Asim Scipio at asim.scipio@us.af.mil. Deadline for submissions is 30 May 2022 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.�Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
