- Description
- Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for U.S. Embassy Manila, Philippines. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.� We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site to include a site visit. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. The pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on June 3, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (Philippine local time). �Prospective offerors are requested to assemble at 8:45 a.m. (Philippine local time) at the Roxas Boulevard Gate, Seafront Compound, Pasay City. To facilitate preparation of access clearance, submit name/s of representatives (limit to two) no later than May 27, 2022. See Section 2, FAR52.237-1 of the attached Request for Quotation. Quotations are due by June 21, 2022, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Philippine local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Electronic submissions are acceptable. You may submit to ManilaContracting@state.gov in two separate file folders indicating A.1 and A.2. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, MS Office 365 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.� If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each. [LLA1]� In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1 Pricing 3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications 4. Additional information as required in Section 3 The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. �The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM.
