- Quotes are being solicited under solicitation number N0018922Q0236. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. Fixed Price: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on the specified contract. The contract must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's contract. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective contract AND approval from the soliciting contracting officer. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit quotes. FOB Destination shall be Bethesda, MD 20889 The FLC - Norfolk requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Appliances Microwaves and Refrigerators Install Removal and Disposal Purchase, deliver and professionally install 167 ENERGY STAR Microwaves, Residential use, Electric, 240 VAC, 60 Hz, 40 Amps; Watt: 1000 with matching brand to living quarters in Building 60 NSAB. Contractor will adhere to Manufacturer�s instructions, current building codes, national electric codes and other safety Regulations during installation. Remove and dispose 167 existing microwaves in building 60. Collect all packaging and delivery materials of new appliances and remove it from NSAB. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL SPECIFICATIONS., 167, EA; LI 002: Appliances Microwaves and Refrigerators Install Removal and Disposal Purchase, deliver and professionally install 167 Energy Star, 2-door Refrigerators, Commercial Grade, Electric, 110 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 Amps with matching brand to living quarters in Building 60 NSAB. Contractor will adhere to Manufacturer�s instructions, current building codes, national electric codes and other safety Regulations during installation. Remove and dispose 167 existing refrigerators in building 60. Collect all packaging and delivery materials of new appliances and remove it from NSAB. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL SPECIFICATIONS., 167, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time quotes. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
