Description: This is a Sole Source synopsis published for informational purposes only. The United States Air Force Test Center/Directorate of Contracting (AFTC/PZZE), Edwards AFB, CA intends to issue a sole source contract to Avarint, LLC to rehois the CEESIM Automated Date and Note Taker. The contract will be executed by means of other than full and open competition, due this system being proprietary to Avarint and was developed specifically for use at the Benefield Anachoic Facility (BAF) located at Edwards AFB.
