- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to Small Business, Restorative Therapies, Inc, located at 1434 Fleet St, Baltimore, Maryland 21231-2819: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Clinic, RT300-SLSA 12 Channel FA104581C 2 EA 0002 SA216198 SA216198 3150 Pulse Oximeter System 1 EA Restorative Therapies, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the only device currently on the market that offers 12 channels of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) that is integrated into the ergometer, upper and lower extremity cycling equipment. The RT300 product line incorporates functional electrical stimulation (FES) integrated with task specific or motor assistance/resistance activities to optimize therapeutic goals. Restorative Therapies proprietary software provides real-time biofeedback, data tracking and sophisticated control algorithms that are designed for a wide range of neurological impairments. The RT300 is required to add this option as available FES rehabilitation equipment for patients with more significant neurologic injuries, and who require the additional concurrent FES. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334510 and the Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, May 27th, 2022. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
