- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia� City: Virginia Beach Delineated Area: North: East on Virginia Beach Blvd (Hwy 58) from Clearfield Ave to N Witchduck Road, north to� Erskine Street, east to Southgate Ave, south to Broad Street, east to Independence Blvd (Rte.� 225, north to Jeanne Street, east to Constitution Drive, south to Thalia Creek (immediately� south of Paul Jones Lane), east then south along Thalia Creek to Virginia Beach Blvd.� East: Thalia Creek from Virginia Beach Blvd to South Blvd at South Blvd and Mt Trashmore Park Rd.� South: West on South Blvd from Thalia Creek (adjacent to Mount Trashmore Park Rd) to South� Independence Blvd (Rte. 225), continuing southwest on Baxter Road to Bonney Road, west to� Grayson Road, northwest to South Witchduck Rd (Rte. 190),� West: North on South Witchduck Rd to Cleveland Street, west to Expressway Court, South to the end� of Expressway Court and back to Cleveland Street, west to the end of Cleveland Street and� back to Clearfield Ave, north to Virginia Beach Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,750 sq. ft. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,750 sq. ft. Space Type: Office Full Term: 60 months (5 years) Firm Term: 0 months Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year floodplain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under an existing lease. The Government has determined for mission related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. The Government would only consider alternative space if economically more advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as, costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure and interruption to agency�s mission. This is not a request for lease proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
