- This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101 requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This Sources Sought notice is being conducted by the MDA to seek possible sources for requirements reflected below. This is not a solicitation; request for proposal or quotation. Participation in this effort is voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the MDA. All costs associated with responding to this Source Sought will be solely at the respondent�s expense. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this contemplated effort. Submissions of capability statements will be separate from, and have no bearing on, submissions in response to any future Request for Proposal, if one is issued. Eligibility to participate in any future acquisition does not depend upon a response to this notice.This is a follow-on requirement in support the AAMDTC ACS and associated equipment in the Re-constitutable Deck House, Deck House Support Building and Launch Facility at Pacific Missile Range Facility in Kauai, Hawaii. Interested Contractors will need to demonstrate expertise and capability to provide technical expertise, analysis, applicable technical drawings, and design documentation to assist in the planning and analysis for future potential AWS/ACS integration projects. Engineering and technical analysis are required to conduct studies and provide on-site support at AAMDTC to support Host Nation design issues discovered during operations to aid in the development, design, and test of corrective actions. Please see attachment for a full description of� requirements and response requirements.�� Information received in response to this sources sought will be used in developing the acquisition strategy, including competitive or non-competitive sourcing decisions for the follow-on support contract.�
