- DESCRIPTION: The North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Gainesville VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, FL 32608-1197, intends to award on a Sole Source basis a maintenance contract for the Swisslog Translogic Pneumatic Tube System. The proposed source is Translogic Corporation dba Swisslog Healthcare, Broomfield, CO. This service contract will ensure routine and preventative maintenance to existing Swisslog Translogic Pneumatic Tube System for the Medical Center on a quarterly basis. Swisslog Field Service Engineers have the Manufacturer s recommendations/specifications. TERMS: 1. The projected Period of Performance of the contract is for 1 Base Year with 4 annual option years. LICENSE AND ACCREDITATION 1. Field Service Engineers must possess a Swisslog Healthcare certificate of technical training and the contractor on site and all individuals working on the project site must have taken the OSHA certified 10 hour construction safety course. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The proposed NAICS 811310 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $30 million. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than 05/24/2022 at 4:30PM EST. Responses should be sent to yolanda.glover@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement will be solely up to the government.
