- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24422Q0754 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, located in Pittsburgh, PA has a Brand Name Only requirement for a SAKURA FINETEK - Tissue Tek TEC 6 Tissue Embedding Console System # 5110 as per the attached RFQ document.
