PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.�The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, fixed-price contract to Scanna MSC Inc., for the purpose of procuring ALLPRO IMAGING, ScanX Scout (D5000-SB SVS). The FBI needs the following items: PN# D5000-SB SVS ScanX Scout with Battery Model with loaded Scanvew Software etc. (QTY 1) PN# 73578-14 PSP Plate 14�x17� (QTY 4) PN# B2160-14 Plate Protector 14�x17� (QTY 4) PN# C1417 Individual Flex ray Cassettes 14�x17� (QTY 4) PN# M001-S Computer Controller. Dell latitude 3590 Core i5 (QTY 1) PN# FRK 2x3 2 x3 Kits w/ Cassettes Velcro, metal Markers etc (QTY 1) PN# 7378-10 PSP Plate 10�x12� (QTY 4) PN# BS160-10 Plate Protector 10�x12� (QTY 4) PN# C1012 Individual FlexRay Cassettes 10�x12� (QTY 4) Based on Market Research, it has been determined that Scanna MSC Inc. Is the only company that can provide the requested items/services for they are the exclusive distributor ALLPRO IMAGING equipment. Market research has determined that other manufacturing and specifications cannot best meet the required specifications needed. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jonathan Johnson via email at jejohnson3@fbi.gov by Friday, May 27, 2022 (12:00 pm Eastern). Only timely email responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses received in response to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Justification documents available upon request.
