Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC)� intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Microbiology International of K&R Technologies, located at 5350 Partners Court, Frederick, MD, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1).� The requirement is for an autoclave media prepper. No other source for this acquisition can be used as the Government�s requirement is for the MediaFill 440 carousel that is part of a 2-piece system that connects to a separate but compatible autoclave media prepper and in combination can make and pour up to 22 sleeves of bacteriological agar plates within 1 hour.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 1000 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.� No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via email ONLY to meri.l.jones.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. EST 31 May 2022.� The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice.� All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
