- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: �EQ9PCW-22-0004 TITLE: �HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing at Robert E. Coyle Courthouse Fresno CA This is a Sources Sought Notice / request for information for market research purposes only per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10. �This Sources Sought announcement is not a pre-solicitation notice or request for proposals/quotations and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract.� REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 9, Public Building Service,�Acquisition Management Division, San Francisco CA 94102 to identify sources capable of performing the work�required in the Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) which includes HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing at Robert E. Coyle Courthouse Fresno CA.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This acquisition will set aside 100% for the Small Business.� The offeror must be a small business concern and/or with Socio-economic Classification and capable of performing work under the NAICS Code 238220 Air system balancing and testing. NAICS Code 238220 Air system balancing and testing, and size standard is $16.5 million ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is anticipated to be from 08/01/2022 thru 09/30/2022.� (Subject to change at the discretion of the Government) PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Robert E. Coyle Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse 2500 Tulare Street Fresno CA 93721 SCOPE OF WORK:� This is a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) for HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing at Robert E. Coyle Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 2500 Tulare Street Fresno CA 93721. �The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, management, quality control plan, and testing to produce work conforming to the contract documents. SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought notice including commercial market information and company information. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information/Capability Statement: Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, DUNS number and size and type of ownership for the organization; and Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
