Description
This is the pre-solicitation synopsis. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Nozzle, Turbine Engine Input/Output NSN: 2835-01-453-7890 Input/Output P/N: 2-121-100-79 Estimated Quantity Range: Minimum 2 � Maximum 156 each Maximum OF 156 each includes quantity of 130 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 2 each The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333996 and the size standard is 750 employees. The Nozzle, Turbine Engine is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be overhauled by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. The Nozzle, Turbine Engine must be overhauled by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. The OEM is Honeywell International, Inc. (CAGE Code 99193). The PN/NSN subcomponent is a CAI of the CSI engine and critical to assembly performance warranting provision of M&O planning under QE-STD-2 to ESA for airworthiness review�acceptance/authorization. No Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement. Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the AMCOM Maintenance and Overhaul SAR Guidance. These procedures are outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. Questions concerning SAR submission can be directed to the M&O SAR Team via email: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ed-sar@mail.mil. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by email. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This announcement does not constitute a RFP. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
