Description

The�Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Technology Division (NSWC IHD),�Contracts Department intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for fabrication,�inspection and delivery of the Launcher Control Units (LCUs), and Power�Supply Units (PSUs) Assemblies to support the LAU-61G/A 2.72-inch Rocket�Launcher in accordance with the requirements in the applicable�documents on a sole source basis with Phase Electronics, Inc., 1039 Taft�Street, Rockville, MD 20850[GSLCNI01] . Sole source to Phase Electronics,�Inc. is necessary to meet delivery schedule of the LAU-61G/A rocket�launchers. Phase Electronics, Inc. has successfully produced quality LCU�and PSU assemblies. The Government will be able to waive First Article�Testing for Phase Electronics, Inc. Inquiries may be directed to Lawrence J. The proposed contract�action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit�and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
