- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Pennsylvania City:�Essington Delineated Area:�Starting at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 352, travel north on Route 1 to Darby Creek, follow the Darby Creek southeast to S 84th Street, follow S 84th street northeast to Bartram Avenue, follow Bartram Avenue northeast to Interstate 95, follow Interstate 95 north to the Schuylkill River, follow the Schuylkill River southeast to the Delaware River, follow the Delaware River south to Ridley Creek, follow Ridley Creek northwest to Interstate 95, follow Interstate 95 south the Route 352, continue northwest on Route 352 ending at Route 1. No offered space can be located below-grade, on the ground floor, or on the top floor of the offered building. Normal operating hours are 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Offered space must be accessible 24/7, including use of elevators, restrooms, lights, and normal office equipment. Offered space's floor load must be able to accommodate eight (8) safes at 700 LB and one (1) safe at 1,700 LB. Reserved, surface parking spaces for eight (8) Government vehicles which is accessible 24/7. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Essington, PA. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
