Description: A critical new capability related to maintenance safety is now required and necessitates the installation and maintenance of V-22 Nacelle Stands for installation and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.�These are the only Nacelle Stands available that are specifically designed to allow technicians to safely install, troubleshoot, and remove and replace components associated with the V-22 aircraft. This notice is to inform industry that the Government intends to negotiate with only one soucre under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).� The intended source is HHI Corporation. The government is pursuing a non-competitive action as the customer has identified HHI as the only known source of the specialized V-22 Nacelle stands.
