Description: This is for the urgent repair of a water well at B104 located at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, Tx at�Chapman Annex. Work for the repair of the well shall include the installation of a water lubricated turbine�pump.� The contractor provided the equipment, labor and materials to implement this urgent requirement.� Failure to implement would have risked a main water supply to the JBSA Chapman Annex area.� To mitigate, the Government requested immediate repair of the water well.� The conttractor was familiar with the water wells and had the equipment to sustain.
