Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for an appraisal report that determines the Fair Market Value (FMV) and Prospective Disposition Value (PDV) of the MISSOULA FEDERAL BUILDING located at 200 EAST BROADWAY STREET MISSOULA, MONTANA. The appraisal report will be based on 4-6 months exposure to the market occurring immediately after the effective date of the FMV, prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The GSA intends to award a purchase order to HALL-WIDDOSS & COMPANY PC for an analysis of the property and final appraisal report. Award to this contractor is beneficial due to their ability to incorporate their previous efforts on appraisals and knowledge of the property already acquired. The government will be able to experience efficiencies by working with HALL-WIDDOSS & COMPANY PC on this appraisal report. This contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (SAP). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
