- Introduction:� The Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) will host an Industry Day at Doolittle Institute in Niceville, FL for weapon prime contractors that have the capability to design, develop, manufacture, and test seeker testbeds for high speed weapon air-to-surface concepts.� Industry primes are encouraged to attend CSAW industry day, where the Government will provide an update on the CSAW program on the morning of 19 May 2022.� The government will review statement of objectives.� One-on-one sessions between the primes and the CSAW Government team will be made available in the afternoon on 19 May. Review of the CSAW requirements will be on 19 May 2022 from 9:00-11:00 am at Doolittle Institute located at 1140 E John Sims Pkwy #1.� There will be a short break after Industry Day, and one-on-ones will begin later that afternoon.� By request 30 minute onoe-on-one sessions will be held in the AFRL Munitions Lab Building 13, Room 303 on the afternoon of 19 May.� Please contact Mr. Fhoe Thompson at rhoe.thompson@us.af.mil; or 850-883-0867 to schedule one-on-ones and confirm visitor access to the building.� No industry briefings are expected or requested. Registration, Meeting Access, and Clearance: Prime contractors are limited to two representatives per company.� One-on-ones may be held at the US SECRET level and a SECRET clearance or higher is required for attendance.� All participants must be US citizens.� Foreign participation is NOT authorized.� Participants will not be allowed to bring in any electronics including, but not limited to, portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, Wi-Fi devices, electronic transmitting/receiving key fobs/watches/Fitbits, etc.� Participants must be certified to receive military critical technical data under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp) and to receive, create, process, analyze and store US Classified up to and including SECRET.. Each attendee MUST complete the registration form (Attachment 1) and return it via email to Mr. Rhoe Thompson, CSAW Program Manager, AFRL/RWWG, 101 West Eglin Boulevard, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-6810, 850-883-0867, rhoe.thompson@us.af.mil, and Mallory Beachamp at mallory.beauchamp.2@us.af.mil, NLT 17 May 2022 with a copy of their organization's DD2345, ""Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement"".� Please not that attendance information will not be available to the public.
