This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, 05-01-2022. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336212 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 2330. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, 5075 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77056 is seeking to purchase Spot Coolers for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (VAMC) Houston located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030. This is a brand name or equal RFQ. All interested companies shall provide quotations for a One (1) Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Trailer in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Delivery shall be provided no later than 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB Destination.
