- Description
- Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Wisconsin. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a five calendar year ordering period. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $25M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this acquisition, $39.5M is the small business size standard. The Government�s intent is to award a minimum of two, no greater than a maximum of five contracts to offerors that are responsible and that submit proposals that are acceptable and reasonable. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. Persons intending on offering a proposal should attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. See Section 00100 for location and date. This solicitation and all associated information, notices, and amendments will be posted at https://www.SAM.gov. NOTE: A bid bond will be required for the seed project and all future task orders that are estimated at $150,000 or more. See FAR Provision 52.228-1 for details. On May 2, 2022 I have added to the sam.gov solicitation the site visit and pre-proposal conference attendance list and power point slides.� Also uploaded to sam.gov is the first questions and answers document, fire detection and suppression as-built drawings and a revised Exhibit D MATOC Task Order OFFERING FORM Seed Project B426 revised 2May2022 which removes Division 27 and replaces it with Division 28.� Please submit the revised Exhibit D with your proposal and not the initial document.� Zachary Tevis, Contracting Officer On May 11, 2022 I have added Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912J2-22-R-0001, Questions and Answers 2, supplemental drawings for fire suppression system pressure test and record drawings, Exhibit D revised 11 May 2022.� Please submit the completed revised Exhibit D dated 11 May 2022 with your proposal.� Zachary R.
