Wood Associates, Inc. IAW Statement of Work and Drawing Number 77A126679 and CDRL (s) A001 for each unit.� CLIN 0002 CDRL A001 � Distribution D applies CLIN 0003, OPTION #1, QTY= 10, Screening HPOI Tuners, Items Peculiar to one Manufacture, R.A. Wood Associates, Inc. IAW Statement of Work and Drawing Number 77A126679 and CDRL (s) A001 for each unit.� The Service Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2015-4165 Revision No.: 18 Date Of Last Revision: 03/15/2022 applies to RFQ N0016422Q0131. VENDOR MUST POST SERVICE CONTRACT ACT POSTER WH-1313 UPON AWARD. IF THE OEM DETERMINES EXEMPTION TO THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT IS APPLICABLE THE VENDOR MUST FILL OUT FAR PROVISION 52.222-52 AND/OR REPRESENTATION AND CERTIFICATION FAR 52.204-8. ADDITIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT ACT APPLICABLE CLAUSES; FAR 52.222-41,52.222-42,52.222-43,52.222-55, 52.222-62. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (R.A.WOOD ASSOCIATES, LLC 164 Industrial Park Drive, Frankfort, New York 13340-4745 Cage Code: 39MZ0), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because (Items Peculiar to one Manufacture). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
