The Department of Justice (DOJ), Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf the Security and Emergency Programs Staff (SEPS), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Rapiscan Systems, Inc., 2805 Columbia Street, Torrance CA for maintenance services on its Rapiscan X-ray scanners that are installed in several DOJ.� Rapiscan is the only vendor that can provide maintenance on these scanners.��This is not a request for quotations and no solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. This notice is provided for informational purposes only.
