Description

Preventative Maintenance of AFP robot from Electro Impact Automatic Fiber Placement Machine Preventative Maintenance Statement of Work 2022 The following statement of work is for an Annual Preventive Maintenance Service Contract to be serviced by an ElectroImpact technician. The equipment to be maintained is located at the NASA/MSFC, Huntsville, Ala. Facility. The Building number is 4707, room 121. The identification of the equipment to be maintained is Automatic Fiber Placement machine at the Huntsville, Ala. Facility. The contract specifications are as follows; 1. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and accessories up to $5000. - Per visit to repair or replace consumable items (grease, cutters, etc.). 2. Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance to include SAFETY INSPECTION to insure systems safe and operational condition. 3. Routine or standard maintenance will be scheduled on 1 trip per year. The visit will be coordinated with the department to minimize down time. 4. An Emergency or work stoppage visit may be arranged in lieu of the Preventative Maintenance trip at no additional cost to customer at any time during the period of performance of this contract. 5. Vendor shall supply a report containing at a minimum a summary of issues, work performed, inspection findings, list of parts to be ordered, additional repairs and recommendations for improved operations.
