- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for informational and planning purposes only. NAVSUP WSS is seeking potential sources interested in providing spare procurements for the Special Hull Treatment program under a five (5) year multiple award IDIQ contract. As part of its market research, NAVSUP WSS is issuing this SSN to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing and spares to support the Special Hull Treatment program.
