Submitting information for this RFI is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information in this RFI. Your response will be treated as information only, it shall not be used as a proposal. Offeror input for changes to PWS to make requirement less restrictive shall be kept anonymous when provided to owner. Feedback is welcome and encouraged. Air Force District of Washington, Secretary of the Air Force Enterprise Support Division (AFDW/PKS), is pursuing the award of a follow-on contract to FA7014-17-F-0037. This requirement was previously on GSA OASIS Advisory and Assistance Services, but has exceeded the scope of OASIS in its niche requirements. The Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA) has overall responsibility for international programs for the Department of the Air Force. A major objective of SAF/IA is to Security Cooperation Capability Portfolio Management which involves advocating for security cooperation capabilities within the DAF Strategic Planning System and DAF Corporate Structure. Having fully trained international airman in key down-range positions is essential to the effective day-to-day in-person engagement with international partners. SAF/IA requires assistance with the Security Cooperation Officer/International Airmen and Guardian Programs management that ensures appropriate identification, training management and support of the in-country security cooperation officers and International Airmen and Guardians (IAS, ODE, and MPEP). As USAF and USSF weapon systems become more complicated and international partners continue acquiring these systems the need to ensure a seamless integration of technologies into these systems will increase. SAF/IA requires technical expertise to support Air Force equities associated with the export of fighter aircraft and all associated subsystems and weaponry. The Government wishes to invite any companies who are interested in participating in the SCSS Follow-On to fill out the attached survey and review the attached PWS.
