Description: This Special Notice serves as the PreSolicitation notice that an RFP is forthcoming.�� Estimated release date of the RFP is May 31, 2022.� The ICE CO will post the RFP and all associated Attachments to SAM.GOV.�� Requirement:� The scope of this requirement is to provide up to 67,500,000 rounds of 9MM Luger or 9MM Luger +P caliber Duty ammunition between 124-150 grains to support OFTP and the armed ICE agents in the field.� All ammunition must meet the specifications in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW).� If the Government decides that it is advantageous to make multiple IDIQ awards, then those awards will be made to the offerors that present the best value to the Government.�
