Description

This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, has a requirement for the restoration of an extensive canal system and the repairs of multiple water control structures at San Luis National Wildlife Refuge in Los Banos, CA (Merced County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a best value trade-off evaluation. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about May 25, 2022. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude is over $5,000,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by February 28, 2023.
