- Description
- This is a notification of an intent to award a contract to Electronic Security Concepts under NAICS code 561621, Security Systems Services by Indian Health Services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Four Phoenix Area IHS (PAIHS) service units have Honeywell security systems installed that are now in need of upgrade. The current software versions are no longer supported by Honeywell. These systems are a critical tool for maintaining physical security for the building and high risk areas within the building. Contractor shall provide Software Support Agreements (SSA) and all database upgrades necessary to perform system upgrades to most current operating version for the equipment listed below at the following service units � Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) MaxPro 32 channel NVR WINPAK ProEd Hopi Health Care Center (HHHCC) Maxpro 32 Channel NVR Maxpro 48 Channel NVR WINPAK ProEd Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) Maxpro 32 Channel NVR Maxpro 48 Channel NVR WINPAK ProEd Peach Springs Health Center (PSHCC) Maxpro 32 Channel NVR Maxpro 16 Channel NVR WINPAK ProEd Develop and maintain files containing complete documentation of all project actions from initial development through project completion including evaluations, plans specifications testing, as-built drawings, photographs and final reports. Provide written analysis of work performed by government or tribal employees. The Contractor shall provide all basic tools necessary to perform the duties. The Government will provide any required specialized tools and equipment. The Contractor shall follow established written guidelines and procedures (design standards, standard specifications, programmatic policies and regulations). Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, as stated in this Statement of Work. Each of these are required for performance, and therefore, required for award: The Contractor shall meet the following minimum qualifications: Honeywell Platinum Certified Vendor certification is required. Specialized experience, technical competence in the type of work required for any personnel identified as �Key Personnel� in the SOW. Evidence of work performed on Honeywell Security Systems including MaxPro and WINPAK. Evidence of 5 years minimum work experience in hospitals and clinics. If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to jonathan.schrader@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H71222P00079 by 5 pm PST, 17 May 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed. Information provided will be used to assess tradeoffs and alternatives available for the potential requirement and may lead to the development of a solicitation. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. This is NOT a request for proposals. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance with the FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
