Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for commercial�products�or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate, stand-alone written�solicitation�will not be issued. The�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 2022-06. Solicitation number HT940822Q0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources�may�submit a quotation which�shall�be considered by the agency. The government requires a contractor to provide 200 pounds per week of Dry Ice� in 1/2"" pellets to the 4th Medical Group, Laboratory Department, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation and supplies.
