- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure SCAFFPADS for the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314999 All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses with best value tradeoff factor. The contract line item is as follows: CLIN 0001: N4215820803184, QTY: _1000_ Specifications: SCAFFPAD 24CM X 20CM X 5CM The solicitation number will be SPMYM122Q0130.
