- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) invites your company to a one-on-one virtual Web-ex Industry Day session on May 18-19, 2022. �The Bureau will allocate a total of 90 minutes per session, per company, and sessions will start with introductions and a general overview. �The Government will not be sending out any further questions prior to the scheduled one-on-one sessions. �The Government will give each company the same amount of time, so once 90 minutes has expired, the session will end.� After all one-on-one sessions have been completed, all relevant questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov accessible for all. �Company names will not be associated with the questions, but everyone can benefit from the information. If needed, please e-mail your presentation to�lfytaren@bop.gov�by 1:00 pm EST on� May 11, 2022. �The Bureau representative will be sending you a meeting invite via Web-ex for your allotted time. All reservations and/or special requests must be submitted to�lfaytaren@bop.gov��by May 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm EST. �Attendees must submit e-mail addresses. �The description box of the e-mail should note Medical Services one-on-one Industry Day.
