- Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to: 1) Answer question(s) received during the Q/A phase; and 2) Extend the quote due date. 1) Question: Current fleet and pilot size for the project? Answer:�There are currently around 152 UAS (not all currently operational), and 150 pilots. 2) Due date for quotes has been extended to 12:00PM on Monday, May 16, 2022. All other information, attachments, provisions and clauses remain unchanged.� THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-00486 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), UAS Division, Lakeland, FL has a requirement for UAS Fleet Management Tool software for tracking NOAA�s UAS aircraft fleet, pilot credentials and metrics. The expected Period of Performance is May 10, 2022 through May 09, 2023. Contract Type/Evaluation The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the responsible offeror whose quotation results in the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotations: (1) Technical Approach and Capability. (2) Price. (3) Past Performance. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 511210, Software Publishers, with a Size Standard of $41.5 million.
