The submitted questions, along with CBP's answers, are attached as CBLE Q_A Attachment.pdf. No changes to the Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, Proposal Submission Instructions, or Evaluation Criteria result from this amendment. Due date and time for submissions is unchanged. As a reminder, CBP requests a courtesy notice of your intent to provide a Proposal as soon as possible after release of the RFP. Failure to submit notice will not preclude an offeror from submitting a proposal, however, it will assist the Government in planning and scheduling oral presentations. *******End of Amendment 1******* The Mission Support Contracting Division- West, on behalf of the Broker Management Branch (BMB) under Office of Trade (OT), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is soliciting proposals under request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C22R00000038 for Customs Broker License Exam (CBLE) in-person and remote exam administration and proctoring services. The exams are held twice a year, once each in April and October. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award resulting from this solicitation with the minimum buy as the first task order for the October 2022 exam. The anticipated contract will be issued with a five (5) year period of performance, covering a total of ten (10) exams. All services are defined in the performance work statement, which is included with the RFP. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued on a full and open competitive basis by posting to this notice. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710, (Educational Support Services) is determined to be appropriate for this project.
