Description

The Nuclear Regulatory Commision (NRC)� intends to award a sole-source contract to Intellizant,�2390 Stone Fence LN,�Oak Hill, Virginia,�20171-5367, UEID�JV1EKBPK34N8. The requirement is for a short term bridge contract for continuation of PeopleSoft operations, maintenance and support for�NRC's legacy Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Time and Labor (T&L) system� currently provided by Intellizant, while NRC transitions to a new Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud based HRMS system.� The support for the new Oracle HCM Cloud based HRMS system will be competed.� In the meantime, the requirement is for Intellizant to continue to maintain and support the current legacy NRC HRMS system on PeopleSoft 9.2 version�and above and People Tools 8.54 version and above, until the transition to the new HRMS system is fully executed.� The current Intellizant contract for the legacy PeopleSoft based HRMS support expires on 06/12/2022.� The period of performance for this short term bridge contract includes a base period from 06/13/2022� to 08/31/2022 and an option period from 09/01/2022 - 12/31/2022.� The NAICS code is�is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services.�The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 8.405-6 Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services.THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 09:00 AM Eastern Timeon 05/23/2022, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.Responses may be submitted to louis.gilden@nrc.gov
