Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: PR City: Guaynabo Delineated Area: North: Jose Diego PRA/PR22, connecting and heading south onto Expreso Las Americas/PR18; continuing along to Carlos F. Chardon continuing to Calle Cesar Gonzales/PR41. East: Calle Carlos F. Chardon continuing to the east onto Calle Cesar Gonzales/PR 41. South: Calle Cesar Gonzalez/PR 41, continuing along to the corner ave. Jesus T. Pinero/PR17 continuing with Nadal/PR20 West: AVE. Jesus T. Pinero/PR 17, heading west onto the intersection of Expreso Rafael Martinez Nadal/PR20, to intersection with Calle Marginal and AVE. Roosevelt/PR23 continuing to the corner ave. San Patricio to intersection with PR 24, continuing along to PR 165 corner of Expreso de Diego/Interstate PR 22 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 49,928 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�52,424 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�250 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�250 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�250 Full Term:�60 months Firm Term:�0 Option Term:�0 Additional Requirements:�N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense�Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition�Regulation (FAR).�For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FARCase-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Guaynabo, PR, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
