- Notice of intent to use a brand name product. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide a receptacle that has equal performance and listing/approval requirements to the following Duraline product. This notice seeks products that have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the Duraline products below, but are not manufactured by Duraline. �FY23 MCON P-209 Dry Dock 3 Replacement, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii requires approximately 75 ea. 4FR60, 3 ea. 4FR20, 18 ea. 3R20, and 54 ea. 3FR50 receptacles (total of 150 receptacles) that have the following characteristics: Requirements for Receptacles: Duraline 4FR60 Female Receptacle 4 Wire 60A 600V max Industrial / Commercial Grade disconnect connectors are watertight when capped or mated. Duraline 4FR20 4 Wire Female Receptacle 30 AMP Max. Receptacle Molded in Black Solid Rubber. Industrial / Commercial Grade Quick disconnect connectors are IP68 Rated for Water and Dust and are submersible to 6' of water when capped or mated. Duraline 3R20 Receptacle Black with Cap Assembly Duraline 3FR50 Female Receptacle WITH Molded Cap Black 3 Conductors Rated 50 A 600 V Characteristics for this item include a watertight connection when capped or mated and immersed in 6� of water. The mating plugs are able to be molded to four conductor SOOW or type W 600 volt cable. The moldings are all solid rubber flame retardant, UV stabilized, chemical resistant, fuel resistant, and vibration resistant. All connectors must isolate all contacts from each other. This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposals, quotes or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources for this product. To be considered, please submit detailed technical data in order for the Government to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your product to ensure compatibility with the existing system. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The responder is solely responsible for the information it submits and any associated costs. The Government reserves the right to disregard any submittal that is incomplete or that is vague.� Please do not submit your company brochures.
