Description

The pupose of this amendment is to: A. Revise the solicitation offer due date from 11 May 2022 at 10:00 A.M CST to 10 May 2022 at 1:00 P.M CST. B. Incorporate required delivery/pickup dates. CLIN 0001 Extended Description, ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-2, and Statement of Work has been revised. C. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same. See SUMMARY OF CHANGES All fifty (50) each whole body cadavers must be delivered to the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) 53rd street, BLDG 19032, Fort Hood, TX 76544, no later than 31 May 2022. The Government will allow no more than five (5) deliveries starting no earlier than 17 May 2022, to ensure all 50 cadavers are delivered prior to 31 May 2022. All fifty (50) each whole body cadavers will be recovered (picked up) from the same location, the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) 53rd street, BLDG 19032, Fort Hood, TX 76544 no later than 13 June 2022. Offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods:(a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning 1 copies of the amendment. Attached you will find Solicitation W81K00-22-Q-0083 to provide fifty (50) Whole Fresh Cadavers, with serology testing, cremation services with associated paperwork, provide clean-services at training site, delivery and pickup included for the Joint Medical Exercise Training site at Fort Hood, Texas for training period of 17 May 2022 to 13 June 2022.
