- Disclosure of the Size of Construction Project: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 All Questions are due NLT 20 May 2022 by 1400 CST.� Proposals are due NLT 03 June 2022 by 1400 CST.� See 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (JUL 2004) for site visit POC. NOTE: Please notify the Contracting Officer, NLT 09 May 2022, if the offeror would like to request a site visit. The United States Border Patrol (USBP) requires geophysical surveying and mapping services to perform cone penetration testing (CPT) (or acceptable substitute), deploy a variety of geophysical surveying technologies, drill up to twenty-five (25) uncased twenty-four-inch (24�) diameter boreholes up to one-hundred-feet (100�) deep, drill up to two lined forty-two-inch (42�) diameter boreholes up to one-hundred- feet (100�) deep, and provide earth-moving equipment to manage the drilling spoils and aid with geophysical surveying. The work will be completed at specific locations as directed by DHS personnel within the Naco, AZ Port of Entry area.� The Contractor shall perform ten (10) CPTs to a depth of one-hundred (100�) feet at specific locations as indicated by USBP/CBP representative. The contractor shall deploy magnetometer based sensors, electrical resistivity sensors or a probe based camera at the direction of USBP/CBP representative to record data as a function of depth. All recorded data along with locations of each test to sub-centimeter accuracy GPS coordinates shall be delivered at completion of project.
