Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Colorado Springs Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of S Academy Blvd and Airport Rd and traveling in an easterly direction on Airport Rd to the to the intersection of Airport Rd and S Powers Blvd.� Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Airport Rd and S Powers Blvd and traveling in a southbound direction on S Powers Blvd to the intersection of S Powers Blvd and Aeroplaza Dr.� Traveling in an easterly direction on Aeroplaza Dr to the intersection of Aeroplaza Dr and Aviation Way.� From the intersection of Aeroplaza Dr and Aviation Way and traveling in a southbound direction on Aviation Way to the intersection of Aviation Way and E Fountain Blvd.�� Southern Boundary:� From the intersection of Aviation Way and E Fountain Blvd and traveling in a westbound direction on E Fountain Blvd to the intersection of E Fountain Blvd and Academy Park Loop.� Traveling northbound on Academy Park Loop to the intersection of Academy Park Loop and S Academy Blvd. Western Boundary: From the intersection of Academy Park Loop and S Academy Blvd and traveling in a northbound direction on S Academy Blvd and ending at the intersection of S Academy Blvd and Airport Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Colorado Springs, CO that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
