Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR PART 13. This solicitation is a request for quotation.� The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, effective September 10, 2021. INQUIRIES Quoters must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the contract specialist within one (1) business days of the posting.� All responses to the questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation.� Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract. The Government does not intend to respond to questions or inquiries submitted after the cutoff date identified above. The Government will collect all questions and inquiries, incorporate responses and distribute to all Quoters through an amendment to this solicitation via SAM.gov. If further questions arise following the outcome of answers provided to initial questions, the contracting officer has sole discretion to determine if a new question closing date will be allowed. If a new question closing date is approved notification will be sent to all Quoters via amendment to the SAM.gov notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is unrestricted.
