- Scope of Contract Contractor will provide routine and emergency operation services for the following systems. Services will be performed as needed 7 days per week for the contract period: Base Items Tiller Ranger Station (1) Potable water plant and system (1) Wastewater treatment plant and system Testing and maintenance for both will be provided by the contractor. Cyanotoxin. Contractor responsible for sampling, lab testing and lab costs for Cyanotoxin. Sampling. Contractor will be responsible for sampling and delivery of samples to testing laboratory.� USFS will pay the cost of lab tests under separate contract, except for Cyanotoxin. Wolf Creek Job Corps (1) Potable water plant and system (1) Wastewater treatment plant and system Testing and maintenance for both will be provided by the contractor. Cyanotoxin. Wolf Creek Campground (1) Water intake and treatment system. Testing and maintenance will be provided by the contractor. Operation of this system is for the open camping season (mid-May through September). Cyanotoxin. Contractor responsible for sampling, lab testing and lab costs for Cyanotoxin. Sampling. Contractor will be responsible for sampling and delivery of samples to testing laboratory.� USFS will pay the cost of lab tests under separate contract, except for Cyanotoxin. Forest-wide Routine and Emergency Response Emergency Service to facilities not operated by Contractor (less than 48 hours� notice) Routine Service to facilities not operated by Contractor (at least 7 days� notice) Option Items In addition to the work described above, the Government may elect to award regulatory compliance oversight of all Forest water and wastewater systems.� See C-3 for detailed list of systems. Forest-wide Regulatory Reporting (OPTION ITEM) Contractor to maintain additional files on all non-contractor operated Forest systems (see Table in Section C-2).� Contractor shall collect, verify, and assemble all monthly reporting documentation and transmit said information to the COR prior to the 10th of each month.� Assembled reports shall be as required by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (for wastewater) and the Oregon Health Authority (for water).� Contractor shall also update sampling plans and ensure timely submission of typical reports required by Oregon State regulatory agencies (Infiltration and Inflow reports, biosolids reports, water system startup, etc.).� Contractor shall meet all deadlines and shall review paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission. Gravity Main, TV Inspect and Hydro Jet Gravity Sewer Line (OPTION ITEM) TV inspect and hydro jet gravity sewer line for line diameters between 4-inch and 8-inch diameter.� Provide video tape to USFS.� Purpose if for cleaning and assessment of condition of gravity mains. Locations Tiller Ranger Station: Proceed east from Canyonville, Oregon via Douglas County Highway 1 (Tiller Trail Highway) for 27 miles to Tiller, OR. Tiller Ranger Station is located on the south side of South Umpqua River. Facilities serviced by the treatment plants are located within the Ranger Station compound with additional facilities on the north side of South Umpqua River. Wolf Creek Job Corps: Proceed east from Roseburg, OR via State Highway 138 for 18 miles; then southeast on Little River Road 13 miles to the Center compound. The facilities serviced by the treatment plants are located within the Center compound on the north side of Little River with some additional facilities on the south side of Little River. Wolf Creek Campground: Proceed 0.5 miles easterly of Wolf Creek Job Corps along Little River Road.
