- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY, NOT A SOLICITATION.� The Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Indianapolis, IN (DFAS-IN) has a proposed requirement for CS1 Security Camera Upgrades. This proposed requirement is for providing and installing Axis security cameras IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) below. IF INTERESTED IN BEING NOTIFIED WHEN A SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS ISSUED, PLEASE RESPOND WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, phone number; name and email address of contact person; company CAGE code; business size.� The proposed Statement of Work is shown below. ====================== STATEMENT OF WORK Force Protection CS-1 Camera Upgrade Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Introduction: The purpose of this requirement is to replace (in the CS1 area) and potentially combine the existing cameras in the CS2 area into one standalone surveillance system. This will replace necessary cameras and enhance security and usability for these areas for future operation. We are replacing analog cameras to upgrade to a standard digital format. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide and install seven (7) ceiling mounted and two (2) wall-mounted Axis cameras. A contractor provided digital DVR (if unable to use the one in CS2), switch, and POE (power over Ethernet) will be installed to connect the nine new cameras. Devices will potentially be connected with the current six camera operating in the CS2 area. 3. Specific delivery and other contract provisions are as follows: a. Period of Performance:� This work shall be completed before July 30, 2022. b. Delivery/Installation:� DFAS Indianapolis DFAS-IN Force Protection 8899 East 56th Street Indianapolis, IN 46249 POC: Phillip Hirman, 317-212-1119 // Scott Campbell, 317-212-4015 c. Installation 1. The contractor shall provide and replace seven (7) wall mounted and two (2) ceiling-mounted Axis cameras All nine will be installed at DFAS-IN's 8899 E 56th Street location. ����� a. This area does not have hanging ceilings. ����� b. Three cameras need a new electrical box installed on the interior side. 2. Supporting equipment/new cabling will be installed to connect and operate seamlessly. 3. Cameras and equipment will be tested according to manufacturer specification 4. A licensed Lenel Systems Contractor must perform this installation if integrated into existing Lenel System. Note: The Contracting Officer�s Representatives (COR) will act as the on-site point of contact for the Government. They will initiate requests and monitor performance. The COR or designee�s authority is limited to the technical issues and is not authorized to make contractual decisions. The authority to resolve monetary issues and contractual interpretations is the responsibly of the Contracting Officer. The COR or designee for each requirement will be identified on the individual award. 6. The Contractor will confirm and validate each delivery with the CO/COR before and after delivery/installation of the cameras and associated mounting equipment. The contractor will also make sure these cameras work with the current system. �� 4. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:� The following features are required for the IP cameras and supporting equipment to be supplied/installed for this requirement. 1. The contractor will provide nine axis cameras. ����� a. Four must have HDMI connect-ability to connect directly with monitors on hand. The other five can have industry-standard connectivity. ����� b. Power over Ethernet (PoE) is required for all cameras. ����� c. Three cameras will need a new electrical box in an interior room with conduit ran up to the ceiling. ����� d. A Lenel license is required. ����� � 2. One Trenonet-Web Smart Switch TPE-1020WS to match the one existing in CS2. 3. One Digital Digital Video Recorder (DVR) to support the nine cameras if we are unable to integrate these nine new camera with the system in CS2.� ����� a. A video client may be necessary. 4. New CAT-6E shielded cabling in white. ����� a. Conduit will not needed (outside the electrical box) as the existing conduit will be used. 5. A new computer rack will be required if we are unable to use our existing rack. 6. Four (4) HDMI cables capable of connecting from new cameras to existing monitors. � �� a.�Authorized Users. This agreement has been designated as a Defense Finance Accounting Service contract and ordering via this contract is decentralized. This agreement is open for ordering by all Defense Finance Accounting Services and Defense Military Pay Offices within the Department of Defense (DoD) Components.� b.�Extent of Obligation. The Government is obligated only to the extent of the authorized contract actually made under this agreement and no guaranteed order amount is being made or implied. 5. Contractor Facility Requirements:� The contractor will adhere to the following facility restrictions: a. DFAS Indianapolis 8899 E 56th Street address does not require security clearance to deliver/work on the premises, but a visitor badge will be required if the vendor does not have one already. ====================== END
