- SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a SOURCE SOUGHT announcement to seek potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) sources who would be interested in constructing a track and field at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Crownpoint/T'iis Ts'ozi'Bi'Olta Community School in Crownpoint, New Mexico. This notice is to identify ISBEE that fall into the following available set aside categories. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 713940 and the small business size standard $8.00. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Source Sought announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your business size, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), general contracting license number and construction bonding capabilities (per single and aggregate). The contract scope of work consists of the following discipline constructing a new track and field at the school to be used by the students who attend Crownpoint Community School. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with the full solicitation package to all eligible contractors. Interest parties are requested to provide their UEI number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM). Any interest and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement to Mary Jane Johnson via email maryjane.johnson@bie.edu. To be considered, please provide the information above no later than 4:30 P.M. on May 06, 2022, Mountain Daylight Time (MD).
