- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��AK City:�Anchorage Delineated Area: North:� Depot Drive, to West 1st Avenue, to East First Avenue, to North Cordova Street, to East Ship Creek Avenue, to North Ingra Street, to East 1st Avenue, to North Post Road, to Reeve Boulevard, to Commercial Drive, to Mountain View Drive, to Boniface Road, to Glen Highway, to Muldoon Road. East:� Muldoon Road to East Tudor Road, to Abbott Road to Hillside Drive. South:� From the point where Rabbit Creek discharges into Seward Inlet, along Rabbit Creek to Rabbit Creek Road and along Rabbit Creek Road to Hillside Drive. West:� Shoreline of Cook Inlet. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�5,500 Space Type:�Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�0 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�20 Firm Term:�10 Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Additional Requirements: 1. 4,800 to 5,500 USF of warehouse space located in Anchorage, AK 2. Warehouse space may be divided into multiple warehouse units (not to exceed three unites) if the below conditions are met:� All warehouse units are leased from the same entitiy (a single Lessor). All warrehouse units are within 500 feet of each other. Each warehouse unit must have garage doors and ceilings that are at least 11 feet tall. 3. A single warehouse unit or combination of warehouse units must be able to store the following without modification:� Two (2) trailers that are 30' long, 8' wide and 10'4"" tall. One (1) trailer that is 16' long, 8' wide and 10'4""tall. One (1) trailer that is 12"" long, 8"" wide and 10""4"" tall. 4. Agency must have 14-hour access to the warehouse unit(s). 5. The entirety of the property where the warehouse is located must be enclosed by a fence no shorter than 6"" from ground level. 6. The Proposed Building shall not be located within 1,000 feet or strip clubs, prisons, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics, or other space tyoes that are deemed unacceptable to the Governement. 7. No other agency specific requirements exist. 8. No tenant improvements are to be performed, unoccupied warehouse unit(s) are to be leases as is. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is not required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
