- Changes made 1: Changed inactive date from May 27, 2022 to June June 10, 2022. Changes made 2: Updated Technical Exhibit 04 - Dryer Vent Details. Washer and Dryer Maintenance Service Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), MICC- Fort Riley has a requirement for a contractor to schedule the transition of contractor owned to government owned washers and dryers; execute the inventory and installation of government owned washers; and inspect, relocate, maintain and repair government owned washers and dryers at Fort Riley. The Contractor shall also perform periodic maintenance to remove lint from the dryer cabinet and dryer exhaust vent duct systems. The contract awarded in response to this requirement will enable Fort Riley to continue providing support to its customer throughout the various locations on Fort Riley.
