Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform UPS maintenance, service and inspections as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).� � Background: Ireland Army Health Clinic, Fort Knox, KY has one (UPS) unit that require support under this contract. Scope: Contractor shall provide basic, essential, annual and semi-annual maintenance and service for One UPS unit located at Ireland Army Health Clinic. The individual UPS unit information is as follows: Unit 1: Make: Schneider Galaxy 5000 / Model: #72-174001-00 G5K80/42, 66 G5TUPS80#35942172. 1 Control Cabinet, 1 By-Pass Cabinet, 1 Breaker Cabinet, 4 Battery Cabinets Special Qualifications: Certified UPS Technician.
