Description: This USCG requirement is for commercial Ku-band bandwidth, teleport, terrestrial backhaul, equipment replacement (satellite modems) and frequency clearances to provide network support to USCG ships in oceans and seas throughout the globe in addition to mobile units stationed on land in Continental United States (CONUS). The USCG requires a commercial managed service to support connectivity to commercial teleports, as well as USCG points-of-presence, and terrestrial backhaul that will provide internet access and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services in accordance with terms and conditions provided in paragraph 6 and in the technical specification.
